Ahh, mother's day. The one day of the year that mothers can act like a bitch and get away with it. Oh I'm just kidding. But in all seriousness, mothers really don't get enought appreciation for what they do everyday.
Today my dad and I woke up around nine to get breakfast ready for my mom and to give her her present. I went out last night to get her things to help her relax: a box of tea, Something Borrowed the book, a candle, two bottles of nail polish, her gum, and her favorite candy. She thoroughly enjoyed it. After breakfast and present we went to church and then came home to eat an early dinner (although we ended up eating aroung 5, so it wasn't
that early.) For dinner we had Steak and Mushrooms, Asparagus, Rice, and Caeser salad. It was super yummy!
We ended up just sitting on the couch watching Deathly Hallows again because my grandmother hadn't seen it yet and she, like my mother and myself, loves the series as well. I also finished my wall of photos! Eeee! I'm so excited! I've been meaning to do this for a while now and I finally got my lazy self to do it!
I hope everyone else had a wonderful mother's day and Happy Mother's Day to any mothers out there reading this now!
